Apple Annie's

Much to my sadness, Apple Annie's stopped "you pick" apples the weekend before we went. But we still enjoyed the apple doughnuts, apples, and you pick veggies. Nice little road trip. Jameson enjoyed the sights.

Hats are no fun.

Look at that big pepper.

Wonder what it tastes like? Wrong end, sweetie.

Such a good road baby.

Jameson's turn with the camera, right?

Close-up!

What a sweet face.

The Great Pumpkin Foot

I think I should have named him Linus. He loves his blankets. If he sees one on a chair or the couch, he has to pull it down. If it is in a bag, he pulls it out. He tries to pull it out of his crib---and cries for me to get it if he can't. Silly boy.

Wearing his cool pumpkin slippers.

Trying to take off his cool pumpkin slippers.

Wearing an IU shirt and holding a tractor. Seems fitting.

I "read" his recorded book from Grandma and Grandpa Pavlis, and he wanted to keep "reading" it. I think he was trying to figure out how it worked.

Part ostrich.

Eating pear pieces.

Yum.

Green Lantern

I haven't seen Green Lantern (nor do I know much about him), so I am not really sure if he has a battle cry or some such thing.

But I know he has a green ring. Haha.

And eats blankets for breakfast. Maybe that is just Jameson.

Schnepf Farms

Super cute Snoopy overalls.

He wouldn't let me get a very good picture, but it's a camping Snoopy.

We went to Schnepf Farm's Pumpkin and Chili Festival. It was too hot. Jameson was glazed. So we left and came back when it was a little cooler.

That's better.

Daddy and Jameson getting ready to go down the slide.

Photo-op.

Daddy too.

Oh yeah, here's the bottom of the slide.

The sun goes down over the pumpkin patch.

Quick picture before the mosquitoes get us....too late.

Walking . . . Officially

Jameson has been walking for a while now. It's been a few steps, a few more. Now he can walk across the house. At some point he gets excited, sees a toy, loses his balance or some such thing and falls down. But he is getting better every day. It's incredible how fast it happens. Already this past week he prefers to walk rather than crawl. This weekend he even chased the cats while walking! Now I have to buy him some shoes. Ugh.

A Little Behind

Jameson is very good at sharing . . . well, sometimes it is showing.

Showing off his Tranformers t-shirt.

Close-up.

Storytime. And Jameson's new sleeper that is too big and we only used once cause it is hot again. It will have to wait another couple weeks.

Pumpkin slipper and bug from Great Aunt Barbara and Great Uncle John.

A little blurry, but I had to show his teeth. It looks like he has buck teeth in this picture.

He's not really into stuffed animals yet, but he loves how soft the alligator is.

Showing Grandpa how cool he is.

Jameson's new Halloween shirt. Last week was it? When it was 70 degrees. Not like today when it was 100 degrees.

Happy little walking man.

Practicing the 2 step.

Visiting with Great Uncle John.

My Spider Sense Is Tingling

Why yes, he did just put his tongue on the glass.

Beautiful day. Jameson loved being outside and was laughing at the trees and the grass and the birds.

One of his new towels. Frog head.

Wearing his Spiderman t-shirt.

Awwww.

No mama. I am not getting into mischief.

Let's get a closer look.

Tongue close-up. Yep, he has one.

Hmm, what to do.

Playing with turtle. Still hasn't mastered the button yet. But he can push it anyway.
